A good Saturday morning to one and all.

There were strange goings-on during the English transmission of Voice of 
Mongolia this morning at 1030 on 12085. I tuned in just before 1230, and the 
English program started as normal with the IS repeated 3 times, then station 
ID by woman. As she was reading off times/frequencies, they suddenly went 
off. The signal came back on a couple of minutes later, but it was an 
endlessly repeating music piece (oriental music) with ID by man, 'This is 
Radio Free Asia". This kept going on and on til at least 1050.
