[HCDX]: UNID on 4995 ans 3252

 This evening at 0210-0240 I heard two Spanish stations on 4995v and 3252v,
I normally dont get Latins in the early evening before sunset.. They were in
the hash as it was still daylight here. Caught them after erecting my 225 ft
horizontal loop. Any ideas?
