[HCDX]: Sahara 7460

Hello,
Morocco has placed a powerful transmitter on 7470 kHz which was formely used by Radio Nacional de la Republica Arabe Saharaoui. 

Sahara has now moved 10 kHz lower to 7460. Noted w/ Spanish program on April 23rd after 2300 UTC.

Does anyone have a valid address & v/s for this station?
