Indian reception on the tropical bands from the West Coast is best from
October to March.
But there were a few up very weakly the past few days that were not
smothered by Malaysia or the Chinese.

Try 4760kHz, 4775kHz,  4800kHz  4840 kHz around 1230-1330 UTC

Remember that the Indian "top of the hour" is at xx30 UTC when you will
catch the time pips and IDs.
