[HCDX]: LA Bandscan on 60 meters

Greetings All:

With the DX season fading fast and QRN levels on the rise it's 
getting harder and harder to do any real digging in the high noise
levels, so instead, here's a quick 60 mb bandscan of LA stations 
heard in the mornings here in the northeastern US. This one was 
done Tues. May 2, 0900-0915 UTC. It's pretty typical of LA 
propagation on most mornings around here.
