Hi,

anybody in Spain who is in the market for used SW receivers might want to
read on because this is an interesting buying opportunity: Due to the sudden
death of her husband, a German lady in the neighboring community of Calpe is
selling several shortwave radios at very attractive prices (to say the
least). I bought a Sony ICF-SW77 in excellent condition for DM 200.- (less
than USD 100.- at the current exchange rate). The following receivers are
for sale for best offer:

Kenwood R-5000 (the lady will sell for Pts. 50.000.- / USD 270.-)
Icom IC-R 8500 (approx. Pts. 125.000.- / USD 670.-)

Attention / Ojo: These tabletop receivers are stored in a garage. Anybody
interested should bring an antenna or some wire to try them out.
