[HCDX]: more tests

Hello all SWLs,

Radio Vlaanderen International will transmit two more tests.
This will be on the 14th (tomorrow) and the 19th of June.
Times  will again be from 18:30 to 20:56 UTC.
Frequency 9945 khZ beaming 355°.
Thank you to those who sent reports, I will respond shortly.
Some reports on the new test would be appreciated.
