[HCDX]: MW DX TIP (WDXR)

580 kHz - CKY - Canada, Winnipeg, MB heard on top of mess with Oldies
music and ID "Your one oldies station KY-58" at 0231 EDT 6/19. Haven't
heard this in years. CX poor but odd tonight. No sign of KFXD for a
while with a jumble on 580 to the East. (PM-OR)
