[HCDX]: Macedonia QSL

I received a full detail QSL letter from Makedonska Radiodifuzija - Radio
Skopje in less than 3 weeks.  This station was always very black for
reception reports.  The letter was received registered. It stated that they
are now operating at 500 kW on 810 kHz and that they replace the old tx in
the near future.
