[HCDX] Azerbaijan QSL

Hello,
 yesterday the postman delivered a surprise to me:
A QSL (with registered mail) from Azerbaijan Broadcasting (what we know
as Radio Dada Gorgud).
Verisigner was Kamil Mamedov, Director of the Division of International
Relations, Azerbaijan Broadcasting. No data on date of listening or
frequency (9165 and 1296 kHz), but also telling about a competition
held: ?What do you know about Azerbaijan??. Those who want to
participate should give detailed information about yourself, your fax-
and telephonenumbers and address to the station. Fax/phone to the
station is 99412 398505.
