[HCDX] World Beacon

Here is a line of logs made yesterday for World Beacon 


17665   33422 1826  S3-5   some QRM from 17660 / Russia 
 3230   11232 1826  S5     strong local noise- interference on +1kHZ 
 5925   32432 1840  S+10   strong QRM from +-5Khz  
15585   44444 1837  S+20   the best signal  
 9675   32332 1855  S9     strong QRM from both sides  
 3230   23323 1949  S9     better  signal but still much of local noise  

9675/15585/17665 have a delay  of ca 100 ms related to 3230 and 5925 

This  comes after reading previous issues from the WWDXC newsletter (#472)
