While trying to send a registered reception report to Aizawl, I was told 
today by the USPS that no registered letters are being accepted for 
delivery to India due to an on-going postal strike in India.  So you dxers 
who are looking for QSLs from AIR, be advised that they may not be coming 
for a while!  No indication as to when the strike will be over.
