[HCDX] Lao National Radio heard well in Europe - for 5 minutes!

Here in the UK I'm currently hearing Lao National Radio on 6130 kHz at good
quality, but only for the first 5 minutes of their broadcast day from 2155.
At 2200 Radio Free Europe's Serbo-Croatian service comes crashing over it -
it's listed there 2200-2400.
