Hi,
I think it is not so difficult to follow a parallel program even when it is
10 seconds delayed.
I have been listening to a 10 seconds delayed signal of IRIB 1 on their WEB
site and to a // signal on 15084 kHz and I could easily identify it as
identical program although my Persian (=Farsi) knowledge is very near to
zero.
