Hi Glenn,
I refer to the latest program schedule of REE with a segment diagram 
showing the broadcast times and frequencies. I thought that
Guinea Ecuatorial in this context means the transmitter site...
Erring was quite easy since many broadcasters indicate
the site in their schedules like this.
