[HCDX] new EU-stations on medium wave

Some observations from last weekend ( have not had time to inform about
this before now), high A-indexes favoured signals from south and KBC
Wajir-1305 was very good. Same goes for VOA Botswana-909, which is much
easier this summer.

Europe:
1269 	11.8 	1915 UTC
Yugoslavia here in parallell with 684 Beograd 1. Signal quite good with
normally bad "YU-modulation". Could not here them the next evening. POS

1395  11.8	1810 UTC
Radio Vacantsa, Romania seems to be on a new frequency. In parallell with
Radio Cluj (noted the same px on 909 kHz), Radio Craiova and Radio Antena
Bucuresti.  POS

1584	11.8	-1759 UTC
Radio Popular Iasi with very good signal covering completely all the other
Popular stations here, clearly overmodulated and tendencies to the same bad
sound as Hungary-1602. Local ID at 1757 and ending their local program for
the day at 1800 UTC.  POS
