Vs: [HCDX] NPR broadcasting from Diego Garcia?

Hello,
AFN audible here in Finland just now (17/8) on 4319 kHz USB // in paraller to 10940.5.
1800 "This is AFN" ID and continued with AP-network news.
Utility QRM but signal levels 3-5.

Wonder this could really comes from Diego Garcia?
