[HCDX] Re: Papua New Guinea

Sept 16th is the Silver Jubilee Celebration for Papua New Guinea as it is
there Independence Day celebation.  I have been following this for sometime
and they have a line of events starting on the 15th of Sept.  Lately, 9675
has been used more or at least has been readible here in the N.E. part of
the US.  This might be worth checking during this period of time.
