[HCDX] Union Radio Noticias/Radio Vibracion

Radio Vibracion has not changed its name. For me it looks like "El Circuito
Union Radio Noticias" is a news service which is sent at certain times
through different radio stations. The following list shows AM coverage in
different cities: Carupano 1470, San Cristobal 1060, Barquisimet 870,
Valencia 1110, Caracas 1090, Valle de la Pasqua 1370, El Tigre 890 and
Puerto la Cruz 640.

I listened Union Radio Noticias on Thursday morning from 04.22 until 04.35
with a very interesting discussion about Colombia and it's borders on 1470
kHz. Last night I heard Radio Vibracion with clear identification around
midnight.
