[HCDX] Voice of Guyana and Mari-El Republic

I'm hearing Voice of Guyana on 3289.73 kHz regularly around 0100-0500 UTC
here in Europe, rather weak but best around 0300. Relay of BBC World Service
starts at 0400, I think the preceding announcement stated that the relay
runs for 4 hours.

Russian stations have also been coming through well the past couple of
nights. Mari Radio from Yoshkar-Ola in the Russian Federation republic of
Mari-El  can be heard with a good signal on 7200 kHz at 0210, in parallel
with a poorer signal on 6125 kHz. Radio Pomorye from Arkhangelsk can be
heard opening at 0300 with a clear signal on 6160 kHz.
