[HCDX] AFN schedule on SW

Another schedule for AFN SW transmissions provided by one of the CE's at 
Naval Media Center (and I specifically asked for a reliable one):

> GUAM :                  5765.0 KHz (NIGHT)   13362.0 KHz (DAY)
> DIEGO GARCIA:   4319.0 KHz (NIGHT)   12579.0 KHz (DAY)
> KEY WEST:               12689.5 KHz (24 HOURS A DAY)
> ROOSEVELT ROADS PR:     6458.5 KHz (24 HOURS A DAY)
> KEFLAVIK ISLAND:        Soon to be available.
