I do not know about propagation in your part of Europe, but isn´t 25m a 
little bit high for domestic coverage? If they really want to reach FNL they 
should try a lower band, which on the other hand would be bad for us here ;-)

When I tuned in around 0600 UTC I found a surprisingly strong signal on 
11720. After QSYing to 11690 QRM by Voz Cristiana became too strong, so I 
gave up.

I tried several times but only found a carrier. Certainly too weak for any 
ID. Best time for catching them here was during the morning.
