[HCDX] 17760

I am trying to decifer something ...

I am not sure if I am hearing the BBC or Saudi Arabia on 17760 at
0400Z (4-IX-2000).

It is Muslem singing (call to prayer?), and NOT English. I heard
them say BBC in the language, at least it sounded like BBC at the
end of the Interval signal. But, since it is not English, I could
be wrong.

Also, the sched says English BBC, from Thailand. But, this is not
English. Saudi is also listed as using this freq at this time, in
Somali. I have no idea what Somali sounds like.

Any suggestions?
