[HCDX] Good news : France Bleu off at 1830 UTC !!!

Good news for the MW DX-community: the new France Bleu went off the air at
1830 UTC on 1377 kHz. Just like Radio Bleue did before.  Maybe, they are on
24 hours a day on FM but not on 1377.  Now let's hope there will soon be
other good news from Germany.
