A couple of recent observations

Libreville. Assume the one, not bad with continuous hi-life
selections 2110 t/in, but serious splash from Spain on 7270, 2 Sept
8098L La Red, Buenos Aires.
Feeder, news reports 0845 t/in, Spanish, full ID and location 0900, then
discussion. Good, 4 Sept.
9580.4 PBS, Manila. Good in Tagalog 0920
w/phone-in px, syndicated finance-type px in English 0930, then list of network
stations and ID 0953. Seems very irregular, and I would be surprised if
the transmitter site is really Tinang, as listed in DSWCI DBS
2000. Spoilt by RKI on 9580 from 1000, 4
