I received similar, though all listed Guam. I queried the frequencies and dates as they were before Guam supposedly came on air and confirmed that 10940 was Sicily, 6350 Hawaii and 4319 Diego Garcia. He also knocked one back for Guam on 5765 saying it wasn't listed. I believe it was listed back in August, and they have changed frequency. But at least
it shows that the reports are being checked and are not just receiving an automatic "yes".
