[HCDX] NRK special transmission on 153 kHz

The special transmission from NRK Ingoy (Norway) on 153 kHz has been
audible pretty well since the "local" program began at 1900 UTC (today
Friday). My QTH is in Southern Finland, roughly 1300 kilometers south of
the transmitter. Romania on the same frequency is much more powerful,
and another, unidentified music station is also strong, but with my
K9AY, NRK comes OK. More on the transmission at
