[HCDX] New Sound Radio ? on 1350

Last night I filled a minidisk with what's on on 1350 kHz.  Around 0047 UTC
there was an ID as 'You are listening to New Sound Radio on 1350 AM'
announced location sounded like mid-Sussex.  I can't find an entry about
this station in Herman Boel's list.  Has anybody some info ?
