[HCDX] new AIR station?

Hello,

today I could listen to an AIR station on 4825.5 kHz. Actually there is no
AIR station listed here. To my great surprise I could hear a relay of Radio
Australia.

Here now the logging in detail:


INDIA

4825.5  AIR Bhagalpur, October 12, 1615-1700, English, Hindi, relay ABC
program until 1630 followed by a news bulletin in Hindi  till 1645, ID in
English: "This is the B-service of All India Radio Bhagalpur ...."  SINPO
33423

Does anyone know, what B-service means? Are there observations of
rebroadcasts or relays of international services by local AIR stations?
