ANGOLA

7245, Radio Nacional de Angola; Mulenvos, Nov. 7, 2132-2140, Very weak, but
free from interference for a couple of minutes. Radio Liberty, which usually
blocks them, seemed to have transmitter problems. They were back with a
carrier and hum at 2138 UTC. No audio yet when I stopped listening 2 minutes
later. Angola heard with female speaker in English, many mentions of Angola
and Luanda. (Veldhuis)


MEXICO

6184.9, Radio Educacion; Mexico City, Nov. 8, 0253, Female in Spanish,
mentioning shortwave, and giving several IDs. Music bridges. 34333 untill
0256 UTC, when blocked by Brother Stair (where from?). (Veldhuis)
