[HCDX] 5680 rescue Scandinavia?

Hallo all,
Last days I heard on 5680 a rescue station, possibly from Scandinavia.
I can't understand the name, but the accent sounds swedish/norwegian.
I have a wav file of the reception.
Can somebody help me to ID this station?
