[HCDX] email for KBC

A few days ago i have reeceived a msage from Weche B Francis who works  for KBC 
after  a letter  to this station 
HIs  email adress is <wechebf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Also in his email  he stated the following :

I work for KBC and I am taking a parrallel degree in Marketing Economics.Could 
you PLEASE support me to accomplish it.
It costs US$4000 for three years.My third year will cost US$835.THANKS IN 
ADVANCE.
