[HCDX] China on 3900/5040

Hello,

Here are two logs concerning China:

On 3900 kHz I heard  a station in Chinese at 22.20 UTC. There was an 
identification, but I did not understand it. Anybody who knows if this is 
Hulun Buir? Anyway, the station did not seem to be Haixia/Voice of the Strait.

On 5040 Fujian PBS is audible, sign on daily at around 22.15 UTC, local  
programme till 22.30 when there is a relay of a Beijing programme, again 
local identification at 23.00.
