[HCDX] Radio Centr -1485 AM



Maybe this will be the perfect time for DX-ers to show how interested we
are in foreign stations broadcasting special programs. But how is the
situation with Radio Center, are they interested in receiving foreign
reception reports and corresponding with the DX-ers?
