I heard it again today on 6100 at 1550-1600. It was neither in parallel
to CNR 2. In the announcement at 1558 Xinjiang was mentioned twice.

Hi,
I also did not find any parallel SW frequency - I tried practically all
services of CNR available on SW.
I agree to Anker - it could be the Chinese service from Urumqi.
Exact frequency (26 DEC, 1400 UTC):  6100.14 kHz
