CNR-4 (Minority prgrs) is new on 7935 kHz (ex CNR-1).

Today (DEC 28) I heard the following programs:

1400-1500  Kazakh
1500-1600  Mongolian
1600-1700  UNID language (Kirghiz? - Uighur sounds different, I think)
- s/off 1700*

Parallel frequencies heard: 10260, 11630 kHz
