[HCDX] Two question

Radio Jordan has left 17680 - but where did they go - for English in the afternoon?

Every afternoon - on 6280.0 kHz - I'm receiving Family Radio from San Fransisco in Chinese till just before 16 UTC and then into English till s/off at 17 UTC. The signal is strong but modulation poor. I think it's been on daily since January 1st - but where is the transmitter. Any more info, pse!?
