[HCDX] SEPECIAL CNR MONITORING

CNR seems to use the following  ferwqs for CNR this time : 
15390/10260/11915/11630/7935 
>From what i have heard these days thelist is nearly as folws: 

0600-0700 	15390-10260-11915 	MO
0700-0900 	15390-10260-11915	CC
0900-1000	15390-10260-11915	KZ
1000-1200	15390-10260-11630	UI
1200-		15290-10260-11630	CC

1400		11630-10260-7935 
during observations in the office ( D 2935 and TV antenna with 35 m cable)
Best signal was the 15390 others were nearly the same 
The minority program  consists handily as follws: 
0x00-0x40  news and comentaries ( ralks at most, some musical bridges 
soemthimes )  
0x40-0y00  songs /music 
although it is a bit difficult to distinguish between these languages  the 
music types can sometimes can help.For example the uighur music is totally 
different from the kazakh (sems a little russian)
