Yes, this is one of HCJB's transmitters at Pifo. My Radio Netherlands
colleague Jan-Peter Werkman came back just before Christmas from a one month
field trip with a BBC colleague to HCJB and our own Bonaire relay station.
Later this week I'll be publishing at www.medianetwork.nl Jan-Peter's
answers to some of the questions sent in by - amongst others - members of
this group. There's also an 11' audio piece in which Jan-Peter describes
exactly what they did out there. 21455 is one of the test frequencies he
mentions. We're hoping to publish a lot more about the DRM tests in the
coming months.
