[HCDX] GTRK "Karelija" new website

GTRK "Karelija" from Petrozavodsk has got a new website, and now there
is also a short introduction of their (unfortunately only TV-)
broadcasting in Finnish. The information given there doesn´t tell a lot
about company´s radio broadcasting, but the daily schedule of their
radio programmes can still be found at
http://tv.karelia.ru/radio1.shtml. E- mail adress remains unchanged,
gtrk@xxxxxxxxx
