[HCDX] "Alo Presidente" via Cuba

CUBA 6140, 9820U Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez' "Alo
Presidente" pgm (via RHC) is indeed being relayed by Cuba,
as per Henrik Klemetz' tip last week. Tuned in at 1400
(reported beginning time). Hugo taking calls, chattering
informally between callers, lots of "Republica Bolivariana
de Venezuela" referenences. However (this Sunday, at least)
it is only traced to 6140 and 9820 (USB), the former channel
is used normally for the morning "Antena Rebelde" pgm
(produced but not parallel Rebelde MW). No trace of 9600,
which used to be parallel 6140. (Not sure, maybe 9820 has
replaced 9600 and I just haven't noticed.) As for other
frequencies, 9550 and 11760 are carrying regular RHC Spanish
pgming. And the Rebelde network is not relaying "Alo
Presidente" today either; 5025 and all MW Rebelde channels
are running normal Rebelde pgming. Weak carrier (no audio)
on 9539.7, which may or may not be R Nacional de Venezuela.
"Alo Presidente" is reportedly 1400-1730 Sundays.
