[HCDX] VoA test via Abu Dhabi

VoA began testing its MW transmitter in Abu Dhabi
(UAE)from 15.30 to 21.30 UT on 1314 kHz, using the
signal of the VoA News Now.  The broadcast is heard
fairly well in Southern Russia, especially after 19.00
UT.
