[HCDX] Venezuelan radio feature

My regular feature on the DX Party Line on HCJB this weekend
will focus on the MW stations in the city of San Cristobal.
These include Radio Tachira and Ecos del Torbes plus several
others, one of which was widely heard on SW in the 1970s.
Recordings made locally in 1995 of all stations will be played.
The program is on various times including 0100 UTC Sunday (local
Saturday) on 9745 kHz.
