[HCDX] CRI via RHC

I think I heard CHINA R INT. in EE with very poor reception on 9570 kHz
with sign off at
1400 UTC. According to my source of information this comes from HABANA,
Cuba.
 Any ideas, anyway language was English.  No positive ID, however.Can
anybody resolve this mystery?

9600 kHz R SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL signing off in EE 1400UTC. Previous
frequency 9590 kHz is totally  dominated by NRK/DR.

9575 kHz  RADIO MEDI 1, Nador, MOROCCO with excellent reception in FF 1345
UTC.

RX:SONY ICF-SW 7600G
ANT: Galvanized iron roof.
