[HCDX] Log of possible Peruvian?

Hi
Earlier this morning I have this  log.
4750 1110 2/10/01 Radio San Francisco Solano? Peru ? 222 R390\140 ft  longwire Hearing Spanish speaking male playing what sounds like Andes music. Possible id heard at  1110. Very weak but audible using SSB mode.Heard this for at least an hour  fairly weak ,but  audible up till the last part of the hour when it started fading out on me.
This is the only station found in my databases that  matchs but then again they can always be wrong. So I am not sure about this one.
If it is them, then this would be real nice, since they are  listed at 250 watts :)
Thanks
 Chris
