My old Kenwood R-1000 is suffering from
intermodulation and inferior selectivity.
Does anyone have any experience in
upgrading a R-1000?
Is it possible just to replace one of the Murata
filters for a sharper one, or is it much more complicated than
that?
Is it worth the money to invest in a
preselector/tuner?
By the way, is Christian Voice in Zambia on 4965
kHz silent? I haven´t heard them for some month.
