[HCDX] more on Kentucky State Militia Radio

Hi,

3260 USA 0310-0400* Kentucky State Militia Radio. In USB. With "Major
Steve Anderson of the 6th Batallion of the Kentucky State Militia". He
said regular transmissions would begin by the end of the month. He said
he'd be getting new transmitting tubes for higher power, and he'd be
getting a satellite receiver to receive satellite feeds like Genesis. He
read off the names of states and gave the phone numbers of people to
contact in each state. Talk about convention called Norm Creek(?).
