[HCDX] Deutsche Welle Albanian program on 729 kHz from where ?

Sunday evening around 2115 UTC, I heard an Albanian program from the
Deutsche Welle on 729 kHz.  Herman Boel's list indicates a BR I Aktuell
transmitter in Hof with 1 KW, but I am wondering if DW is really
transmitting via this station.  As far as I know, programs in foreign
languages are for foreigners in Germany are not produced by DW.  Has anybody
an idea if this is really coming from a BR-transmitter or via a transmitter
near Albania.
