Hello,

heard from about 2145 til signing-off at 2203 a lot of talk, but no music.

In both French, then into Arabic, and nx read by female at about 2200-2203
UTC, the latter in French again.

Station seemingly broadcast from Northern African Sahel zone, like Niger or
Chad. ??

Niamey, Niger is scheduled 1700-2203.
I checked also harmonics 3393, 6786 and Klingenfuss' Super Frequency list,
but I couldn't solve the PUZZLE yet.
