At 2325 UTC (1825 Eastern) today, CHIN was broadcasting in an east Asian
language, possibly Korean.  (didn't sound as "toney" as Cantonese or
Mandarin).  I have never heard CHIN broadcast in EE, except for some
Caribbean or Afro gospel programs on Sundays.
